Info: Ready to level up your game for school or club tryouts? Our beginner's volleyball skills camp offers all-position skills and gameplay training! You'll learn the fundamentals of serving, passing, setting, and hitting, along with essential strategies and gameplay concepts. This comprehensive training is designed to build complete athletes and give you a strong foundation for your volleyball journey.
Both Tuesday and Thursday sessions will include 30-minute segments for mobility and arm care to prevent injuries, and agility and plyometrics to improve change of direction and acceleration.
